Our Story

Parks entered the financial services business in Birmingham in 1978. His clients are primarily physicians, dentists, attorneys, business owners and other professionals living all across the United States.

He is driven by a passion for protecting these clients and helping them secure the future through insurance and financial guidance.

Ann and Parks married in 1981 and have lived in the Birmingham area since. He enjoys playing golf, bridge and spending time with his eight grandchildren.

Todd is on a quest to empower retirees, business owners, and investors to make better financial decisions for their futures. After helping other advisors with their clients for seven years, Todd saw too many people struggle financially. He set out to change the way people view retirement. He believes the majority of financial and investment advice is fundamentally mistaken and often self-serving.

As a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional, Todd is legally bound to the highest level of fiduciary standards when providing investment advice to clients. At Red Mountain Financial, Todd and his team help individuals and business clients establish sophisticated — yet easy-to-understand — solutions for protecting and preserving wealth while minimizing tax exposure.

Todd entered the financial services industry in 2000 and quickly earned his Certified Financial PlannerTM, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Life Underwriter designations. He has been married to his beautiful wife Tiffany since 1998. They have an adopted son, Tuck, who is nine. Together, they enjoy the outdoors, sports, and church.
