Todd passionately believes in the importance of providing his clients with financial confidence. His goal as an advisor is to offer his clients the confidence of knowing their financial lives are well cared for so they are free to focus on more important priorities such as family, supporting charitable causes or enjoying some well-deserved travel. He provides this financial confidence by embracing common sense, timeless principles and forward thinking. As the firm’s lead financial advisor, Todd delivers custom Total Retirement ℞ Income Plans® to help his clients achieve their goals.
Todd began his career in the financial services industry in 2000. He spent much of his career at national investment and insurance companies, where he was responsible for training financial advisors on how to effectively serve clients. In 2016, Todd noticed a shift in the industry as new financial regulations prompted many financial services firms to begin limiting the service offerings available to advisors when serving clients. He recognized an opportunity to provide a wider range of service using a fiduciary approach that put client’s needs first.
That’s when he decided to found Red Mountain Financial. Since it’s inception, the firm has remained true to its core values of providing independent fiduciary advice with a focus on putting clients’ best interests first, above all else.
Todd has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and carries the Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations. He holds life and annuities licenses, and is a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA) certificate holder. He is currently pursuing the Certified Tax Specialist (CTS) designation.
Todd married is wife, Tiffany, in 1998, while he was still in college. They have an 11-year-old son, Tucker. Todd and Tucker enjoy fishing, camping and throwing the football together. Todd also enjoys bike riding and is a long-time (still struggling) chess student. Family bonding between the three often occurs on a tennis court.

Parks Lee supports clients with insurance and financial guidance to help them feel more confident about their financial future. He works primarily with physicians, dentists, attorneys, business owners and other professionals living throughout the United States.
Throughout his entire career, Parks has specialized in working with physicians educated at the University of Alabama at Birmingham who have moved across the nation. He has supported clients throughout every stage of their financial lives, from helping new physicians begin to save and find appropriate disability insurance policies, to supporting them as they grow and insure their practices, all the way through helping them successfully retire at the end of a long career. One thing that never changes throughout the years is Parks’ commitment to providing personalized advice to clients every step of the way.
Parks and his wife, Ann, have lived in the Birmingham area since 1981 when they were first married. In his free time, Parks enjoys playing golf and bridge and spending time with his eight grandchildren.
